WHO WE ARE
At Happy Paws Dog Training, we believe that training should be both fun and personalized. After all, every pup is unique and deserves a training approach that works for them! That's why we founded our family-owned business in 2020. Our team of seasoned trainers is passionate about getting to know your furry friend and creating a custom plan that fits their needs. From basic manners to complex behavioral issues, we are dedicated to making sure that your pup is happy and well-behaved. We also believe in training communication between pets and their owners, so we'll help you learn how to effectively communicate with your little fur baby. And when your pup is with us, they're family! We bring your pup into our own home so they can feel comfortable, loved, and part of the pack.

Welcome to our dog training services! We offer board and train programs, private lessons, and group lessons for socialization. Our specialized service and therapy dog programs help train your canine for important roles. Join us to enhance your dog's skills!
1-Week Board & Train – $2,000
Our 1-week board and train program is designed for high-energy, level 1-2 dogs with low reactivity. Your dog will live in our home with our family and dogs while receiving training in real-world environments such as parks, stores, and beaches.
This program focuses on building foundational skills including recall, sit, down, loose leash walking, place, and socialization. You’ll receive daily photo and video updates, and we’ll conduct a full in-home turnover at the end of the week so you feel confident continuing the training.
This program includes our lifetime warranty for ongoing support.
2-Week Board and Train – $3,200
Our 2-week board and train program is designed for level 1-2 dogs with higher energy or minimal reactivity. Your dog will live in our home with our family and dogs while receiving training in real-world environments such as parks, stores, and beaches.
This program focuses on building strong foundational skills including recall, sit, down, place, loose leash walking, door manners, and socialization. You’ll receive daily photo and video updates, and we’ll conduct a full turnover at the end of the program so you feel confident continuing the training.
This program includes our lifetime warranty for ongoing support.
3-Week Ultimate Board & Train – $4,200
Our 3-Week Ultimate Board and Train is our most comprehensive program, designed for level 1-2 dogs with higher energy or minimal reactivity. Your dog will live in our home with our family and dogs while receiving training in real-world environments such as parks, stores, and beaches.
This extended program allows more time to build strong, reliable skills including recall, sit, down, place, loose leash walking, door manners, and socialization. You’ll receive daily photo and video updates, and we’ll conduct a full turnover at the end of the program so you feel confident continuing the training.
This program includes our lifetime warranty for ongoing support.
3-Week Reactive Board & Train – $4,500
Our 3-Week Reactive Board and Train program is designed for dogs that show strong reactivity, stubbornness, or aggression. This is our most intensive program and requires a free in-person evaluation before acceptance.
Your dog will live in our home with our family and dogs. We focus on building strong foundational obedience while also teaching you how to safely manage and redirect your dog during reactions. A muzzle is used when necessary for safety.
This program includes our lifetime warranty for ongoing support. Please note that we do not guarantee the elimination of reactivity or aggression, but we aim to make it manageable and give you the tools and confidence to handle it.
Private Lessons
We offer personalized, in-home private lessons for owners who want to actively train alongside their dog. These lessons are ideal if you prefer a hands-on approach and want to build your own skills while strengthening your relationship with your dog.
Each 60-minute lesson is tailored to your dog’s needs and focuses on foundational obedience, loose leash walking, recall, place, and behavior work.

Private lessons are a great option for owners who want guidance while actively participating in their dog’s training.
Group Lessons – $500
Our group lessons are designed for owners who want to train alongside their dog in a supportive, real-world environment. These lessons take place once a week in small groups of up to four dogs, giving both you and your dog the opportunity to practice in a social setting while building confidence and skills.
Each lesson focuses on foundational obedience, loose leash walking, and real-world manners. This is a great option if you enjoy learning in a group setting and want your dog to gain experience around other dogs in a controlled environment.
Please note: Training equipment is not included with this program. We will provide links to recommended gear so you can purchase what you need.
Puppy Lessons – $150 each
Our puppy lessons are designed for puppies under 6 months old. These in-home sessions focus on building a strong foundation using positive reinforcement and a Gentle Leader.
Each lesson covers essential skills such as sit, down, place, recall, and loose leash walking. We also provide guidance on potty training, crate training, and early socialization, along with personalized tips based on your puppy’s needs and your goals as an owner.
These lessons are a great way to get your puppy off to a confident start and help prepare them for our main training programs as they grow older.

Head Trainer and Founder
At Happy Paws Dog Training, we believe that no two dogs are the same, so our experienced trainers take the time to get to know each pup and their individual training needs. Our head trainer, Brittney Crider, has over 10 years of experience working with animals. She is passionate about what she does and loves seeing the transformation of the dogs and their owners after taking her classes.
We offer a variety of training services, including basic obedience, therapy dog training, and service dog training. Our goal is to help build strong relationships between people and their pets through positive reinforcement. Let us help you and your pup achieve a happy and healthy relationship.
